Hours of Operation for Winter Break 2026

January 2 - 8 - Office OPEN Virtually Only - 8 AM - 5 PM

January 9 - In person Baker Hall Office Open 8 AM - 5 PM

Spring Term - In person services as usual, 8 AM - 5 PM - M - F when University is open

Appointments:

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Individuals requiring in-person support are encouraged to call in advance to schedule an appointment. 

Drop-In Consultations with Access Specialist: 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday during open business hours

One must be in the queue 15 minutes prior to the end of consult times. 

Drop-ins allow you to speak with an Access Specialist and are limited to 10-15 minutes. 

For non-urgent needs, please schedule an appointment with your assigned Access Specialist.

Exam Services:

Dec 22 - January 11 - No Proctoring Services

January 12 - Exam Services Resumes Proctoring

We are located at the corner of 12th and College, directly southwest of the Ohio Union. Our office is between Baker Hall West and Baker Hall East, facing 12th Ave and the South Oval.
