What is Body Doubling? Workshop/Study Session

This session introduces body doubling, a powerful ADHD-friendly focus tool where individuals work in parallel alongside others. Part wellness workshop, part productive study hour. Bring a task you've been avoiding—reading, writing, emails, studying—and we will tackle them together in a calm, judgment-free space.

Foundations of Effective Goal Setting Workshop

Through guided activities and a simple step-by-step framework, you’ll learn how to set meaningful goals and stay motivated throughout the semester.
You’ll leave with a personalized action plan, practical strategies for overcoming common obstacles, and the chance to connect with other students who are working toward similar ambitions. No prior planning experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to reflect.

Self-Advocacy Skills for College Success

Make Your Own Sensory Kit

Create a personalized set of tools to help you stay grounded, focused, and calm throughout the day. This hands-on workshop guides students through building their own sensory kit using a variety of textures, fidgets, scents, and calming items. Learn how sensory tools can support stress management, emotional regulation, and everyday well-being—both in and out of the classroom.
Open to all students. Come get creative, learn about sensory wellness, and leave with a kit designed just for you.
