About Michelle

My name is Michelle, my pronouns are she/her and I have enjoyed working at this wonderful University with Student Life Disability Services for 14 years. I am a proud alumna of The Ohio State University. I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science and my Master's degree in Social Work. I work with students in the Departments of Philosophy; Philosophy, Politics, and Economics; Psychology; Sociology; Speech and Hearing Science; and Zoology.

I have two adult sons who both live in Nashville, Tennessee. Tony is a musician who is living his dream and Danny is an animal lover who works in a luxury pet daycare center/spa. I love spending time with them, as well as my extended family and my partner of nine years, Alan.

I enjoy listening to music, especially rock-N-Roll, the blues, Jazz and the Big Bands era. I also enjoy listening to audiobooks. My favorite genre is realistic fiction.
