Regional Campus Offices

Accommodations for students with disabilities are available at each OSU regional campus. These services are coordinated through each regional campus’s Disability Services office. Visit their respective webpages to learn more:

Registration and Regional Campuses

Starting in Summer 2020, all regional campus offices are migrating to the same information database as Columbus campus (AIM). It will take time to transfer all legacy student data from the regional campuses into the new system. Therefore, if you plan to take classes at different campuses or change campuses entirely, it's important for you to be aware of how your registration does or does not automically transfer between campuses.

  • If you are not registered with Disability Services at any campus, start with submitting a New Student Application. All campuses use the same application form. 
  • If you completed your registration with a regional campus Disability Services office prior to May 13, 2020, then you do need to register with the new campus office when taking classes at a new campus. Contact your original campus's Disability Services office to request your documentation for registering at the new campus.
  • If you completed your registration with a regional campus Disability Services office during or after May 13, 2020, then you do not need to register when taking classes at a new campus. Instead, please contact your new campus's DS office. They can update your assigned DS-staff member in AIM and review with you how specific accommodation requests work on their campus (e.g. scheduling exams). 
  • If you are currently registered with Disability Services on Columbus campus, then you do not need to register when taking classes at a regional campus. Instead, please contact that regional campus's DS office. They can update your assigned DS-staff member and to review how specific accommodation requests work on that campus (e.g. scheduling exams).
